It
sounds like you have stale cookies that will need to be cleared
/ deleted. Follow the instructions below for the browser version
you are using.

- Go
to the "Tools" menu.
- Select
"Options".
- Select
the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
- Expand
the + tick box beside Cookies
- Click
the button corresponding to "Delete / Clear Cookies".
Netscape

- Select
"Preferences" from the Edit menu.
- Click
on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling
window to expand.
- Under
"Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
- Click
the button corresponding to "Delete / Clear Cookies".

- Click
the button to "Delete / Clear Cookies".

- Select
